These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) regulate access, navigation and use of the website www.coastalliving.pt (hereinafter “Website” or “Platform”), managed and operated by Coastal Living, Lda., a commercial company with headquarters at Rua do Beco Torto, Nº 10, R/C, Fracção C, 2750-505 Cascais, registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry Office under NIPC 516851071 (hereinafter ”Coastal Living“).
These Terms and Conditions integrate, by reference, our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which should be read together. Any legal issue related to the Website should be consulted in these policies.
By accessing or using the Website, the user (hereinafter ”User“) expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions, as well as the policies referred to. If you do not agree with them, you must immediately stop using the Website.

Users undertake to indemnify and exonerate Coastal Living, its subsidiaries, affiliates, administrators, employees, partners and associated real estate consultants, from any damages, liabilities, claims, costs or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of: (i) use of the Website in violation of these Terms and Conditions; (ii) violation of the rights of third parties; or (iii)) failure to comply with the representations and guarantees contained herein.

Without prejudice to the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, a Coastal Living grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to access and use the Website solely for personal, informational or service-related purposes, as described herein.
This license does not authorize, in particular: (i) the copying, reproduction, modification, adaptation, translation, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly or any other form of intervention in the source code or contents of the Website; (ii) the distribution, sale, rental or commercial exploitation of the Website or its contents; (iii) the creation of derivative works; or (iv) any use that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
